Brekky stop at Nanaga - had to be done, cops were eyeing us out nicely already.... wouldn't you?? - 6 conspicuous cars all running no plates... ha ha ha. Let's just say we savored every last bite of our pies and rolls before heading back to the car park. With a bit of luck, they were out of sight. Still, we were quire prepared for a line of bullshit stories to feed when we did eventually get pulled over - it was bound to happen. Drive was sweet..... not many cars on the road - strange, but of course super cool for us, especially considering the danger we were about to put our selves in... which entailed our fellow photographer slinky dangling out a convertible snapping rolling shots along olifantskop pass. We're quite fond of him, so we tried to get this done as quickly and safely as possible, all while insisting he get 'the money shots'...... Well, here's a depiction of his commitment on the job.............
Next stop........... Daggaboer or some shit. Sounded interesting, we may have been there for a whole ten minutes before we left... but hey, we're never doing it again, (well stopping at a farm stall called daggaboer) so when in Rome........... Quite a few people chilling here and eating, which was strange given it was in the middle of fucking nowhere... But i'm guessing when you smoke the reefer, you keen for some farm style food.... assuming this place has a story behind it's name. 1x very cool and chillaxed cat, jars ad infinutum or jams and preserved goods! And a waitress who though Rob's car was a Ferrari. Brave guess, we'll give her that.... it is after all - RED. Hahaah :) After these few pics the Wangan Hoonigan departed for the desolate dutch town of Cradock.....
So I've been to the Owl house before a long time ago, So had Quinsley, but for the others I think it was a virgin experience. R40 to get in - not exactly a snip to walk around some dead woman's old house... But hey, when in Nieu BethesnaDAH, hahahha, so we did as the NB's did and looked at creepy statues, loads of broken glass, took some pics and headed to the Sneeuberg Brewery and Deli.... Wow! Awesome.......... Honey Ale was insisted on and a fine dining cheese board was exactly what the Dr ordered :)
Time to get to Graafies, time to braai and time to close off 2012.......... We'd all had so much fun up to this point, it was just a matter of carrying it through until 12 with hopefully still excited and awake faces. Hahaha.
Well these were some of the faces that we were exposed to until 12'clock....
This is my face:
Awesome braai...... chilled and managed to make it to 12pm, hahaha And toasted with teas and coffees........ :) Very nice accommodation, and it was a perfect evening to close off the trip. Next morning we were going to get up early and hit the Valley of Desolation. Also had been there very long ago. It was super misty in the morning and so we managed to get some really cool pics. We all stood like a bunch of dorks and took a photo in front of an extremely high fall. Quinsley had brown pants! Hahaha :P Very cool trip all in all the rest of the pics tell the story. And it was time to head home. It felt like it was time to as well...... but all in all had such a cool time. Never done that before and it seemed to be something everyone had on their bucket list. Roadtrippin' is definitely on the list of 'DO MORE OF THIS' We stopped for lunch just outside Jansenville for some Kudu burgers. Massive motherfuckers..... De'lish though.. and drove home............... Thanks f=to everyone who made it what it was. Cool pics, cool people, cool vibes.... I look forward to the next one and where and what that will hold. :)

Very cool!
